Hephzibah Emereole is a software engineer, strategist, speaker, and the founder of

UnlockYou Consulting.

Before founding UnlockYou, she worked as a software engineer at Goldman Sachs in London, one of the world's most demanding technology environments. There, she saw the same problem repeated across organisations: brilliant, capable people held back not by lack of talent, but by the gap between what they knew and what they could communicate, lead, and build around them. She built UnlockYou Consulting to close that gap, for professionals, for teams, and for the businesses they work within.

Hephzibah’s background spans software engineering in global financial services, strategic consulting, leadership development, public speaking, and international education. She has worked with and mentored professionals across the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, and North America.
As a leader within Toastmasters International, she developed a deep understanding of communication and influence, and what it actually takes to help professionals find their voice and use it well. Her education work has had direct impact on over 500 young people across Nigeria, Ghana, and Uganda, building programmes from the ground up and proving that access to the right guidance changes outcomes.
